Personal Trainer Melbourne FAQs

Questions Before You Start

Clear answers about locations, pricing, training setups, program options and what to include in your private enquiry.

Locations and mobile training

Where sessions can take place and how mobile availability is confirmed.

Where does EZMUSCLE provide mobile personal training?

Priority routes cover Melbourne CBD, inner-city, northern, north-western, eastern, north-eastern, inner-south, bayside, south-eastern and selected inner-west suburbs. Availability depends on the suburb and preferred time.

Can a trainer come to my home, office or apartment gym?

Yes. Sessions may be available at suitable homes, apartment gyms, workplace gyms and approved local spaces. Access, privacy, equipment and available room are reviewed first.

Is 13 Little Collins Street a training studio?

No. It is the verified Melbourne CBD office, consultation and mobile-service base. Personal training sessions are not conducted inside the office.

What if my suburb is not listed?

Send your location and preferred training time through the enquiry form. A nearby active route may still be possible even if a dedicated suburb page is not published.

Pricing and scheduling

How session pricing and availability are determined.

How much does a personal trainer in Melbourne cost?

One-to-one sessions generally range from $100 to $120 depending on weekly frequency, location, travel and program requirements. Your exact recommendation is confirmed after enquiry.

How often should I train each week?

Many clients begin with one to three coached sessions per week. The right frequency depends on your goal, training history, budget, recovery and what you can complete independently.

Is mobile travel included?

Travel requirements are considered when your location and schedule are reviewed. Your confirmed price will explain the recommended session structure and any location-specific consideration.

Programs and coaching

Who the coaching is for and what can be included.

Do you train beginners?

Yes. Beginners receive clear exercise instruction, technique coaching and progressions matched to their current ability and confidence.

Can you help with strength, fat loss and posture?

Yes. Programs can combine resistance training, body-composition strategy, movement and posture coaching, conditioning, practical nutrition targets and progress reviews.

Do you offer training for executives and mums at home?

Yes. Mobile coaching is designed for busy schedules and can be adapted to suitable home, apartment and workplace settings.

Are results guaranteed?

No responsible trainer can guarantee a specific body or performance result. Outcomes depend on starting point, attendance, nutrition, recovery, health factors and adherence.
